How do you Connect at Red Mountain Park?

I have been a member of the junior board since it’s inception, allowing me to not only meet great people through social events, but also really help the park. We’ve done a little of everything, from building a bridge on the trail to Grace’s Gap, to installing stairs on the Skyhy Ridge Walk, and even calling park patrons just to thank them. It’s been great getting to connect with a whole new group of people that also love the outdoors and are civic-minded.

Why do you support Red Mountain Park?

I frequent the park and know very well that trail upkeep and maintenance cost money and are not all done by volunteers. This is an easy way to help give back and fund those costs, along with continuing to improve the experience for anybody visiting the park. Also, the member events are a great benefit that will hopefully be able to resume sometime soon!
